3D Printing

3D Printing

3D printers can be defined as hands free systems that automatically produce computer based 3 dimensional models by using additive manufacturing technology in office environment. 3D printers nowadays offer different options on material, dimensions and capability of producing fine details. 3D printers produce three dimensional functioning models layer by layer from bottom to top. Our services you can use of this technology.

Prototyping Services

We can name some industries among the sectors use 3D Printers; architecture, industrial design, automotive, aerospace, military, engineering, construction engineering, dentistry and medicine, engineering, biotechnology (human tissue replacement), fashion, shoes, jewelry, eyewear, education, geographic information systems, food and many more.

One of the major advantages of 3D printing technology is it allows quite complex geometric parts to be manufactured. In the aviation sector in terms of aerodynamics, this feature makes it possible to develop innovative designs.

The automotive industry experiences the fastest of the designing process therefore it uses the rapid prototyping for a long time as an integral part of the designing process.

Modeling Services

Modeling process using conventional modeling methods takes a longer time and unable to provide high dimensional accuracy while through a three-dimensional modeling process prototyping techniques become much more efficient and effective.

Models and the subsequent molds produced by 3D technology would outweigh in terms of required cost, time and sensitivity compared to conventional methods.

Printing Materials

ABS M30

ABS-M30 is a production-grade plastic engineered for 3D printing with Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Technology.ABS-M30 has strong mechanical properties that make it ideal for concept models and moderate-requirement parts including functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, manufacturing tooling and end-use parts. It works with soluble support material for hands-free support removal to make your product-development process more efficient.

Nylon 12

Nylon 12 is the same tough nylon material popular in traditional manufacturing for its superb price-performance.Nylon 12 parts built on a Fortus 3D Production System are the toughest in the industry, exhibiting 100-300 percent better elongation at break and superior fatigue resistance over any other additive manufacturing technology. Nylon offers the best Z-axis lamination and highest impact strength of any FDM thermoplastic, as well as excellent chemical resistance.

PC-ISO

PC-ISO is a biocompatible thermoplastic that lets medical, pharmaceutical and food-packaging engineers and designers 3D print strong, heat-resistant surgical planning models, tools and fixtures straight from CAD data.PC-ISO is the strongest, most heat-resistant biocompatible material available with Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Technology. It is gamma and EtO sterilizable and complies with ISO 10993 and USP Class IV.

Ultem 9085

A reputation for reliability. This famously overachieving thermoplastic has well-rounded thermal, mechanical and chemical properties that make it superior in most categories. ULTEM 9085 is a Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) thermoplastic ideal for aerospace, automotive and military applications because of its FST rating, high strength-to-weight ratio and existing certifications. It empowers design and manufacturing engineers to 3D print advanced functional prototypes and end-use parts.
